From 29-31 October, International IDEA is partnering with the Government of Kenya and the Intergovernmental Authority on Development to organize the 3rd African Special Envoys Retreat for Regional Economic Communities in #Nairobi . To strengthen ties between the Parliament of #Bhutan and Civil Society Organizations, International IDEA organized a three-day sensitization workshop on parliamentary procedures and committee systems in September in Haa, Bhutan.
