Today, we’re excited to introduce our quickest model yet: Eleven Turbo v2. Turbo v2 combines our high-quality text-to-speech technology with unmatched latency, achieving speeds of ~400ms. 

Initially available for English, it produces natural-sounding speech on par with Multilingual v2, while providing a quicker experience. Beyond that, we’ve also added support for the mulaw 8kHz audio format - further optimizing post-processing timeframe.

The voice AI space is moving extremely fast.

There are companies and developers out there building amazing voice AI solutions that will transform industries like streaming, gaming, audiobooks and education.

At the same time, this powerful technology can be misused to commit fraud or generate misinformation.

At Loccus we have the mission to build voice security solutions for both companies and end-users, and the detection of AI-generated voices or voice deepfakes is at the core of our R&D work.
