Mød iværksætter Christian Spaargaren , der vil forbedre trivslen og fastholde medarbejdere til søs 🌊 Sammen med sin co-founder, Vladyslav Zavalykhatko , står Christian bag startuppen Manta Flow - en digital feedbackplatform, som skal give rederier bedre indsigt i besætningens trivsel. 💭"Kommunikationen mellem skib og land er ofte præget af misforståelser eller manglende viden. Det betyder, at rederierne ikke altid opdager tegn på utilfredshed blandt besætningen, før det er for sent. Vi vil derfor hjælpe rederierne med at indhente anonym feedback fra medarbejdere til søs, så de kan tage proaktive skridt for at øge trivslen – og på den måde styrke både fastholdelsen og tiltrækningen af nye medarbejdere," fortæller Christian. Manta Flow udspringer fra Studio 30 50 , som i foråret modtog midler fra Den Danske Maritime Fond til at oprette et maritimt venture studio i København. Her deltog Christian, hvor han både mødte Vladyslav og fik den nødvendige sparring og adgang til samarbejdspartnere, som betød, at de kunne tage idéen videre. Nu har Den Danske Maritime Fond valgt at støtte Manta Flow med et iværksætterlån. 💭 ”Det er fantastisk at se et af de første konkrete resultater af Studio 30 50-forløbet. Det viser tydeligt, hvordan vi kan understøtte brobygningen mellem iværksættermiljøet og den maritime sektor. Manta Flow has already attracted strong investor interest and is currently conducting extensive tests with OSM Thome , a ship management company operating a fleet of 1,000 vessels. 🌈 NextMariner , founded by marine engineer Neha Mehta , is developing an innovative HR-tech platform dedicated to nurturing future seafarers from the ground up. NextMariner enhances hiring efficiency and strengthens the maritime workforce, all while addressing the critical need for greater inclusion and diversity in crews. The platform offers a holistic approach that leverages technology to empower the maritime community, opening doors to new opportunities for the next generation of seafarers. Several major Danish companies have recognised the potential of the platform and are supporting its development towards an official launch. ⚓ Harbour Helper , founded by Thomas J. , has created an AI-based solution to enhance decision-making and efficiency at port arrivals, including the management and submission of the various IMO-FAL forms, such as passenger and crew lists, among other applications. Since the spring sprint, Harbour Helper has created a unique AI tool and is currently negotiating agreements with investors for this promising venture. ✨ We’re looking forward to connecting key actors and creating new opportunities for innovation in the maritime sector!
