Ever wondered what a typical day looks like for a Senior Team Lead in software engineering? Let’s look at a day in the life of Nelson, who balances his professional and personal life with ease.
 
Nelson starts his day like most of us. He then heads to the office, ready to tackle the day's challenges. Upon arrival, Nelson dives straight into his routine: checking emails, reviewing project updates, and prioritizing tasks for his team.
 
Coding is a significant part of Nelson’s Day. He spends his morning in developing and refining code, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards. By midday, Nelson attends meetings, collaborating with his team and other departments to align on goals and strategies. Afternoon hits, and it’s time for a quick break. Nelson heads to the pantry for some food and another cup of coffee, recharging for the rest of the day.
 
As the workday concludes, Nelson transitions to his personal life. He enjoys a relaxing dinner date with his girlfriend, savoring the quality time together. The evening is rounded off with some exercise—a refreshing walk with his best friend dog.

Nelson’s day is a great example of how professionals can manage their work-life balance effectively, showing that with the right routine, one can excel at work while still enjoying personal time.

Peddlr is excited to share its community event, "BayaniHAND-in-Hand: Championing Micro and Small Businesses for Financial Inclusion," held at the San Juan City Multipurpose Hall last 24 November 2023. This marked a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and MSME empowerment, and and proudly conducted with PH Startup Week, Bayan Academy, JIA Philippines, and LHTFood Inc (Jersey Milk). 

 The session was filled with insightful talks from industry leaders of Peddlr’s Athena Balanay, Bayan Academy’s Luke Orbos and JIA’s Mark Sy who offered invaluable insights to guide MSMEs in their entrepreneurial journeys. Paired with company showcase product showcase, participants left with more knowledge about business digitalization and financial inclusion. 

 Adding a touch of excitement, the program featured giveaways and special products from the principal sponsor, LHT Food Inc, offering a taste of local and affordable dairy products to participating MSMEs.
