Im Juni fand wieder unser jährlicher Venture-Development-Team-Tag statt und das gesamte VD-Team kam in Berlin zusammen. Unser gemeinsames Ziel an diesem Tag: Voneinander Lernen und Spaß haben. Das Thema dieses Mal: unsere fünf Sinne.

Der Tag begann mit dem Besuch von BRAINEFFECT. Der Gründer, Fabian, stellte uns sein Unternehmen vor und sprach über seine langjährige Gründererfahrung und wie er Braineffect aufgebaut hat. Was wir bei Braineffect spannend fanden:

𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼-𝗞𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Braineffect hat ein erfolgreiches Co-Kreation Modell aufgebaut, bei dem sie in Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern neue Produkte kreieren und erfolgreich vermarkten.

𝗟ö𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bei der Kommunikation von Produkten sollte lösungsorientiert statt problemorientiert formuliert werden („Für ein noch besseres Bauchgefühl“ 👍🏾 vs. „Hast du Bauchschmerzen? Wir helfen!“ 👎🏽).

𝗘𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴: Eine Verbindung zum Produkt herzustellen funktioniert nur schwer ausschließlich über Online-Kanäle. Aus diesem Grund hat Braineffect ein Experience Lab eröffnet, das für Kunden, Partner und Mitarbeitende die Vision und Produkte erlebbar macht.

Danach durften wir selbst das Experience Lab von Braineffect erkunden. Unser Team hatte die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Aktivitäten zur Regeneration und Longevity auszuprobieren – von Eisbaden bis hin zu Lymphknotenmassagen. Im Anschluss haben wir das Khroma I New Media Art Center besucht und uns eine Stunde mit körperlichem und sinnlichem Erleben durch unterschiedliche digitale Installationen beschäftigt. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Berlin-Besucher.
