📣 NEW STUDY published by Biomethane Industrial Partnership reveales that the total cost of biogas production and upgrading ranges from €54-91/MWh. 

📊 Task Force 4.2 recently concluded a comprehensive study on current biomethane production costs through real industry data. The study concludes that the average cost of biogas production and upgrading is €84/MWh for smaller plants and decreases to €54/MWh for larger plants. 
📰 📎 Notably, economies of scale play a significant role, with capital costs being 2-3 times higher per MW of capacity for smaller facilities compared to larger biomethane plants.
