Advanced Automotive Solutions | Founded in Codogno (Italy) in 1954 by the Falchetti family, who still runs it today, MTA S.p.A. is a global leading company in the production of a wide range of electrical and electronic components for major producers of cars, motorcycles, trucks, agricultural and earthmoving machines.

MTA is organized in three different Business Units: Electrical, Electronic and Power Electronic, which are responsible from the design to the industrialization, up to the product manufacturing according to the most stringent automotive regulations and the rigorous standards of vehicle manufacturers. 

The Electrical BU designs, develops and manufactures control units for power distribution and the protection of the electrical system, intended for low, medium and high voltage applications, terminals, connectors and fuses.

#MTA70 Today in 1981 Antonio Giulio Falchetti, founder of MTA, passed away. For the town of Codogno, Antonio Falchetti did not only represent Meccanotecnica Codognese, but also a point of reference for the community: after the war, for example, he began giving lessons in electrical engineering to a group of eager young boys at the San Luigi Oratory, while in 1958 he founded the Autonomous Association of Craftsmen of the Codogno area. - Oggi nel 1981 si spegneva il fondatore di MTA, Antonio Giulio Falchetti. Antonio Falchetti per Codogno non ha rappresentato solamente la Meccanotecnica Codognese, ma anche un punto di riferimento per la comunità: finita la guerra, per esempio, inizia a dare, presso l’Oratorio San Luigi, lezioni di elettrotecnica a un gruppo di ragazzi volenterosi, mentre nel 1958 fonda l’Associazione Autonoma Artigiani di Codogno e Mandamento. #MTAworld #70years #anniversary #70yearanniversary

#MTA70 In 1983 MTA moved to the new headquarters in Viale dell'Industria, a building of about 11,000 m2 on a lot approximately 100,000 m2 in size. The Falchetti family’s foresight ensured that the land purchased for this purpose would be large enough to allow for expansions, with the original facility having since grown to reach its current size of 40,000 m2. 📡 Between 29 September and 2 October RiNEm 2024 took place, an event organized by the University of Pisa at the Principino Eventi in Viareggio. MTA Antenne, sponsor of the event, participated in the plenary session "Industry meets young EM researches" and in the "SCIENTIFIC SESSION – Antenna theory and design". During these sessions Stefano Mortello and Enrico Toniolo, R&D Manager and Senior Engineer of MTA Antenne, presented the company and exposed the work Plug-In Antennas for Telematic Control Unit, written with Andrea Michel and Paolo Nepa of the University of Pisa, of which Enrico Toniolo is the first signatory. - Tra il 29 settembre e il 2 ottobre si è svolto il RiNEm 2024, organizzato dall'Università di Pisa presso il Principino Eventi di Viareggio.
