📚The latest survey by IPIFF (International Platform of Insects for Food and Feed) sheds light on the shifting dietary preferences towards insect-enriched foods among Europeans. 
🌍The survey, conducted in 6 EU countries - France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Poland, and Belgium, provides valuable insights into the evolving food preferences in Europe, showing a significant potential market for insect-enriched products among younger, health- and environment-conscious consumers.
🔎 Sampling 3,000 individuals from those six major European markets, the study reveals that 60% of consumers who've tried such products rate their taste highly, particularly among the 25-44 age demographic. Key findings indicate a preference for sports supplements, pasta, and burgers enriched with insect protein, noting health benefits and taste as the main motivators. 🛒  
 🔦 The research underscores the need for further consumer education on the benefits of insect-based foods. Notably, there's a strong preference for EU-sourced novel foods, aligning with the growth and strict regulation of Europe's insect-farming sector.
