As of today, HireApp is working on leveraging #AI to improve our verification process and lower manual inputs.

It will help us cut our verification time per PRO by 90% & learn about new customers we partnered with two months ago 👇

We are very proud of our support team for carefully vetting our PROs. By analyzing their workflow, we pinpointed key aspects of the process that AI can help with:

👉 Identify underlying skills our PROs are unaware of, giving us data we did not have before.

👉 Gather and analyze additional data sets to improve the matching algorithm further. 

This helps HireApp even further increase the precision and speed of the matching process for our customers.

HireApp helped one of our customers land a "whale client." 🐳👇

This June, our new customer was given just ONE floor of a massive property in New Orleans 🇺🇸 to work on. 
They used our PROs to deliver and install #FFE. 

Together, we performed so well our customer landed the whole contract! 
Since we helped our customer prove themselves to their client on a small scope, they will leverage our PROs for the rest of the project. 

As our customer stands to get more projects from the client, our flexibility in meeting their demand proves how building rapport and trust by delivering on promises in a small scope opens big doors.

Meet our PRO, Joseph, from Miami. 🇺🇸 (Originally from Peru 🇵🇪) He has worked 401 shifts so far; this is how HireApp provides him with security so he can pursue entrepreneurship!👇

"In Peru 🇵🇪, back home, I helped my dad launch a course for mining engineers in 2015.

I was in charge of marketing and social media, which went well.

I automated it and left for the States. 🇺🇸

Most of us come to the United States because life here is better.

Even with minimal-wage jobs, you can afford to lead a good life.

It's not a great one, but you can pay rent and bills, go out, and live comfortably.

In other countries, you can barely make it to the bank.

I am no different.

When I got here, I worked full-time in a hotel.

When my boss moved to Fountainbleau, he said:

"Hey, I'm looking for people. Why don't you join HireApp, and I can contact you? You get to pick your shifts."

So I tried it.

I loved it.

Ultimately, I preferred HireApp to a full-time job, so I switched.

People think you can't do it, but it can be done.

Most people use HireApp to find a job that they are happy with and stick to it. 
Or they use it as a supplement to their full-time job.

For me, it was different.

As of today, I have worked between 10-12 different places in Miami Beach.

Working with restaurants and multiple businesses with HireApp helped me meet the owners and managers, learn how they think, understand their problems, and see that I can use social media marketing here, too.

I opened my social media agency, Go Digital.

As the business grew, I started diminishing my time with Hireapp.

Now, HireApp helps with the bills while I have my own thing growing.

the next day, a friend of mine came to my place, and he told me about HireApp.
