Pagi Tadi, Pengarah Hal Ehwal Pihak Berkepentingan Ekuinas, Encik Hizwani Hassan, telah berkongsi mengenai program ILTIZAM Professional Development Programme (ILTIZAM PDP) di IKIM.FM Program tahunan selama 12 bulan ini dianjurkan sebagai solusi kepada masalah pengangguran di kalangan graduan Bumiputera. Graduan yang berjaya diterima masuk ke ILTIZAM PDP akan mendapat penempatan kerja selama setahun sebagai Graduate Associate di Ekuinas, syarikat portfolio Ekuinas, dan syarikat rakan kongsi Ekuinas. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkasa dan membina daya diri serta mengasah bakat bagi meningkatkan kebolehpasaran dan daya saing dalam alam pekerjaan. Ia menjadi batu loncatan untuk membina kerjaya yang cemerlang. Turut serta dalam sesi ini ialah Annuar Rais, seorang alumni ILTIZAM PDP dari kumpulan 2022, yang kini bekerja dalam Pemasaran Strategik (Sektor Kelestarian) di sebuah syarikat terkemuka. Beliau berkongsi bagaimana penyertaan dalam program ini telah membantu beliau dari segi kemahiran untuk menghadapi dunia profesional.
