🎉 Good news: According to Realtor.com, there were 8% more active listings in January of this year compared to January 2023.

Bad news: We’re still well below pre-pandemic levels, sitting 40% below where we were in January 2019. 

That said, January marked the third month of increasing listing activity after a 17-month streak of decline, so it looks like brighter days are on the horizon for this housing market!
