A great example of commitment occurred the other day. Upon opening, Susan noticed that all the clean cars were rented out the night before, leaving the counter without any clean cars to start the day. Without hesitation, Susan took the initiative to clean several vehicles on her own before anyone else arrived. 

Her colleagues and customers marvel at her exceptional work ethic and the way she elevates everyone's experience at our location. 

Susan is undeniably a great asset and her positive impact on the team and customers is immeasurable.
