The company has collaboration agreements with TG Therapeutics, Inc. to develop and commercialize certain assets in connection with its licenses in the field of hematological malignancies. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. Checkpoint Therapeutics, Inc. is a subsidiary of Fortress Biotech, Inc.

Checkpoint Therapeutics today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has accepted for review Checkpoint’s resubmission of its Biologics License Application for cosibelimab. The resubmission has been accepted as a complete response to the FDA’s December 2023 complete response letter and the FDA has set a Prescription Drug User Fee Act goal date of December 28, 2024.
