At the Global Semiconductor Alliance conference in London, we invited 25 amazing women from our offices in Israel, Germany, Italy, Netherlands & Romania to delve into the GSA Women’s Leadership Initiative, dedicated to empowering women for industry leadership roles and talent development.

In collaboration with the UK Government’s Department for Science, Innovation & Technology (DSIT) the conference explored the impact of semiconductor innovation on our journey toward a NetZero economy. We discussed strategies to de-risk supply chains, enhance long-term resiliency, and foster industry growth, working hand in hand with governments worldwide. I’m excited to bring home valuable insights to Marvell and hope to see more Marvell employees attend in the future!

Today OFC Conference, Marvell unveiled Spica Gen2-T, the industry’s first 5nm 800 Gbps transmit-only PAM4 optical DSP for AI and cloud interconnects.

Sampling now, Spica Gen2-T is designed for transmit retimed optical modules and can reduce the power consumption of 800 Gbps optical interconnects by more than 40%.
