•Robust AUM and Net Inflows: DeFi Technologies Inc.'s subsidiary, Valour Inc., continues to see robust net inflows, maintaining a strong assets under management ("AUM") of C$497 Million as of January 31, 2024, signifying growing investor confidence in digital assets.

•Exceptional Market Activity and Growth: Valour recorded an average daily turnover of approximately C$7.1 million in January 2024, nearly matching the total turnover from the first four months of 2023, and saw a substantial inflow of approximately C$3.6 million into its Bitcoin ETP, indicating a significant market engagement and growth trajectory.

The rebalancing of VDAB10 EUR and VDAB10 SEK is effective since February 1st, with three significant changes to the basket:

1. Introduction of Avalanche:
We are excited to announce the inclusion of AVAX, the native token of Avalanche, a cutting-edge blockchain protocol, in the VDAB10 basket. Avalanche brings scalability, decentralization, and interoperability to the forefront, making it a valuable addition to the VDAB10 basket.

2. Increased Weight for Solana:
In response to the notable surge in price of SOL over the past three months, the percentage weight of Solana in the VDAB10 basket has been adjusted. Recognizing Solana's remarkable performance and market demand, its weight has been increased from 4.32% to 9.16%. 

3. TON has been excluded from the basket.

Its unique approach to consensus, known as Avalanche consensus, enables rapid, secure, and scalable decentralized applications (dApps).
