Yes, daily! Posting consistently not only keeps you in front of your audience but also signals reliability. This rhythm doesn’t just benefit your engagement rates; it builds a level of trust. People gravitate toward coaches who show up—day in and day out. 2️⃣ Batch your content to simplify your process. To maintain this rhythm without feeling overwhelmed, try batching your content. I personally set aside time on Tuesdays and Thursdays as my content days. On these days, I focus solely on filming as many short, impactful videos as possible. By batching content, I’m able to build up a library of material that can be edited and scheduled far in advance. 🎥 3️⃣ Automate and schedule your posts. With all my content created and edited, I use a scheduling tool to set posts for weeks (sometimes even months) in advance. This way, I don’t have to think about posting every day; it’s automated, giving me more time to focus on engaging with my followers and building relationships.
