What initially attracted you to the world of cryptocurrency, and how did you navigate your way into this industry?

I stumbled into crypto somewhat accidentally, feeling like I was late to the party, but I quickly realized the excitement and dynamism of the industry. It's a fast-paced world where there's always something new to learn and explore, keeping the work engaging and never boring.


Can you share a project or initiative you've worked on in the cryptocurrency industry that you're particularly proud of, and what impact do you hope it will have?

Within my role in product ops, my main mission is to lend an attentive ear, ensuring that every voice is not just heard but truly integrated into our product journey. While the impact of this initiative may not be immediately quantifiable, I'm proud to see the positive changes taking root within our team dynamics and product development processes. Needless to say, I'm bursting with excitement to see what awaits us next!


As we celebrate International Women's Day, what message would you like to share with women around the world who are considering entering or are already in the cryptocurrency industry?

Regardless of gender or race, if you have the passion and drive, you can thrive in this dynamic industry. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and every success is a testament to your capabilities.
