So good seeing farmers believe and embrace their amazing potential this week. Mindset change the catalyst to a new confidence and determination that things can and will be different when they take hold of their own, re-imagine and rewrite a new hope filled story.

Davis circumstances hadn’t changed, but his perspective and his mindsets had. Now his circumstances and his future are looking very different. Building #agency and instilling #dignity by facilitating effective and impactful programmes with a bias towards action. I hear a lot about training fatigue, but if we provide the right training in a dynamic and effective way, then people leave inspired, and put it into practice. Davis was given zero capital - just the tools to save it and the framework to increase it.
