We are thrilled to share that Exyte has signed agreements to acquire Intega GmbH, a specialist in high-purity media supply systems. Intega, based in Munich, Germany, provides gas, water, and chemical supply systems for semiconductor and advanced technology production facilities. 

The acquisition is a significant strategic move for Exyte, furthering its vertical integration and reinforcing its position in critical sub-systems for advanced technology facilities, especially in the semiconductor industry. With this development, Intega will play a key role in our European service activities, creating new growth opportunities for both companies’ clients. 

Dr. Wolfgang Buechele, Exyte's CEO, expressed his excitement, stating, "This is the next strategic step in growing our competence in the area of critical sub-systems for advanced technology facilities, especially for the semiconductor industry."

Exyte, together with our semiconductor client, recently celebrated the success of crossing a remarkable 15 million work hours for building their latest leading-edge 300mm wafer fab in Singapore. 
 
To mark the event, a joint fun-filled carnival was organized for employees of both companies to enjoy and have the opportunity to extend their interaction beyond the usual professional setting.
 
This is a well-deserved celebration for the astounding amount of hard work the whole team have put in to realize this project ever since the groundbreaking ceremony of the site back in October 2021.

Exyte has recently finished a data center project in Germany with an innovative cooling system, which uses a mix of adiabatic and dry cooling methods. 

"This combination aims to be as sustainable as possible and is an optimum between the conflict of using as little electrical energy on the one hand and as little water as possible for cooling on the other hand," says Manfred Engelhard, Director of Technology for Exyte's Data Center Business Unit.

For most of the time, the data center employs a free cooling method that does not require the use of water. However, when faced with extremely high outdoor temperatures, adiabatic cooling systems are used.

For Peter, unlocking innovative solutions in site master planning and conceptual design is second nature. His 30 years of experience in Process Architecture allows him to bring the most advanced strategies to life – all with an eye towards regulatory and compliance standards. 
 
His work includes front-end and conceptual design for clients large and small, while maintaining flexibility within space constraints.

We recently won the SBR International Business Award for the Industrial Construction category in recognition of our execution of the design and build of a new expansion facility in Singapore for a globally renowned semiconductor foundry client. 

Despite challenges such as the pandemic and closed borders, Exyte's project team remarkably accomplished the first tool move-in milestone on schedule and in record time, just 12 months after the first pile.
