Meet Lindsey Bianco, our operator in Las Cruces, NM! Lindsey helps to develop and grow leaders while serving a new community and showing everyone what Dutch love is! Her favorite part about being an operator is being in the shops with her crew and serving customers.

When asked who inspires her on the day to day, she answered, “My wife inspires me daily by constantly supporting me and my dreams and goals. She is always by my side and I couldn't be more thankful to have her! Watching the growth of my leaders and my crew and seeing their passion for Dutch Bros come out, inspires me to keep going.”

Lindsey recently started pottery classes and is signed up to race in a half marathon at the start of the New Year! Safe to say she’s been drinking lots of vanilla oat milk lattes with cinnamon sprinks to keep her energized!
