De zomer is in volle gang, maar ondertussen gaan de voorbereidingen op de verhuizing naar ons nieuwe pand gewoon door! Met de verhuizing naar Luchthavenweg 10 in Eindhoven per 1 juli 2025 zetten we een stap naar voren om de groei van onze klanten in de Brainportregio beter te kunnen faciliteren.
 
Martin Prins, MBA, CFOO VHE: “Deze zomer maakten we met ons interne projectteam een vlekkenplan: een grove indeling van het nieuwe pand. Op basis daarvan kan de pandeigenaar de eerste stappen zetten met het oog op de voorbereiding van installatie. Daarnaast zet ook ons Salesteam haar wensen en eisen op een rij, bijvoorbeeld voor de cleanroom en het interne transport, ingericht op grotere volumes en gewichten. Hierbij kunnen we de beperkingen van ons huidige pand even aan de kant leggen en groter denken. Ook hierop kan het pand vervolgens voorbereid worden. Kortom: we gebruiken deze zomer volop om onze hersenen te prikkelen.”

Summer is in full swing, but preparations for our move to the new building are well underway! With the move to Luchthavenweg 10 in Eindhoven on July 1, 2025, we are taking a significant step forward to better facilitate the growth of our customers in the Brainport region.

Martin Prins, MBA, CFOO VHE: “This summer, our internal project team created a zoning plan: a rough layout of the new building. Based on this, the building owner can take the first steps towards installation preparation. Additionally, our Sales team is outlining its requirements, such as the cleanroom and internal transport, designed for larger volumes and weights. This allows us to set aside the limitations of our current building and think bigger. The new building can then be prepared accordingly. In short, we are using this summer to stimulate our minds and plan for the future.”

Wat een prachtig compliment voor alle 250 VHE-ers! Mooi dat herkend wordt dat we ons elke dag ondernemend proberen op te stellen richting klanten en leveranciers. Dat wordt een spannende finale donderdag!

Per 1 juli 2025 verhuizen we naar een nieuw pand aan de Luchthavenweg 10 in Eindhoven. Dit nieuwe pand is energie-efficiënt, ingericht naar de standaard van 2024 én biedt volop mogelijkheden om te groeien en onze huidige en toekomstige klanten in de semiconductor en high-tech industrie nóg beter te ondersteunen in hun ambities. Het projectteam voor deze verhuizing is inmiddels geformeerd. Bekijk hieronder de impressies van het nieuwe pand.

As of July 1st, 2025, we will be moving to a new location at Luchthavenweg 10 in Eindhoven. This new building is energy-efficient, designed to the standards of 2024, and offers ample opportunities for growth. It will enable us to better support our current and future customers in the semiconductor and high-tech industries in their ambitions. The project team for this relocation has already been formed. We willen nieuwe collega’s zich zo snel mogelijk thuis laten voelen bij VHE. Een goede onboarding is hierbij van groot belang. Inkoopmanager Daan Kuijpers en HR adviseur Manon van de Wiel startten beiden op 1 mei bij VHE en voelen zich inmiddels volledig onderdeel van de organisatie. Zij vertellen hoe zij hun beginperiode hebben ervaren.
 
Daan: “Voor mijn eerste dagen bij VHE lag er een mooi plan klaar. Ik kreeg een rondleiding binnen het bedrijf en er stonden diverse gesprekken op de planning met verschillende mensen met wie ik in mijn rol als inkoopmanager te maken heb. Zo leerde ik snel de juiste mensen kennen. Een goed begin!”
 
Manon: “Ook ik werd direct wegwijs gemaakt binnen de organisatie door een rondleiding en gesprekken met de directie en de managers van de verschillende afdelingen. Elektrotechniek is nieuw voor mij, dus het was heel prettig om op deze manier snel een beeld van de organisatie en de werkzaamheden te krijgen, maar bijvoorbeeld ook een blik op de toekomstvisie van VHE. Ik voelde me meteen welkom.”

We want new colleagues to feel at home at VHE as quickly as possible. A good onboarding process is crucial for this. Purchasing Manager Daan Kuijpers and HR Advisor Manon van de Wiel both started at VHE on May 1st and already feel fully integrated into the organization. They share their experiences from their initial period.

Daan: “A well-prepared plan was in place for my first days at VHE. I received a tour of the company and had various meetings scheduled with different people I would be interacting with in my role as Purchasing Manager. This helped me quickly get to know the right people. A great start!”

Manon: “I was also immediately familiarized with the organization through a tour and meetings with the management and the managers of various departments. Electrical engineering is new to me, so it was very helpful to quickly get an understanding of the organization and its activities, as well as an insight into VHE’s future vision. I felt welcome right away.”
