Bluesky is a microblogging social platform and a public benefit corporation based in the United States. It emerged from a 2019 initiative within Twitter Inc. to develop a decentralized social network protocol, now known as the AT Protocol. The company was incorporated as an independent public benefit company in 2021 and has since focused on microblogging, often described as 'Twitter-like'.

It is our understanding that reaching these aims requires a consultative mode of engagement that privileges the standpoint of organizations in our unflinching search for truth. Our research is guided by a mixed methods mentality that assumes the research needs of our clients should take the lead in how we practically pursue the insights they need to light the way forward. Our focus on partnering with change-making organizations aligns with our ethical commitment to utilize our talents and abilities in the service of social good.

Healthy change-making organizations deliver services that ennoble individuals and communities, all the while sustaining engagement with their donor base and retaining talented and committed service providers. Acuity is defined as 'keenness of perception' in the Merriam-Webster dictionary. In the busyness of leading meaningful work, leaders often rely on their own perceptions and bits of information here and there to grasp key performance measures. Performance acuity requires additional insights from critical constituents that are drawn out by research tools that are unbiased, expertly cultivated, and detached from the organization. 

The IMPACT Surveys that are now available through the IMPACT Initiative serve as the bridge between fuzzy understandings of performance and performance acuity. These surveys are dedicated to increasing acuity on donor engagement, service engagement, service quality, and 'Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion' measures.
