After successfully completing his trip around the world at age 19, Ryan Campbell’s plane crashed during a later flight at age 20. He survived and emerged as a paraplegic. The Desert Healthcare District and Foundation Board of Directors voted 6 to 1 Tuesday night (Aug. 6) to send the lease purchase agreement to the November 5 ballot.
