👏 #ECOFEL has successfully concluded the ‘Strategic Analysis Course’ (SAC) to support FIU Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in strengthening their capabilities to produce high-quality strategic analysis. 📈 This workshop took place from Monday, November 18th to Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, in Astana, Kazakhstan. The event brought together 30 participants from two Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs). 🔑 Participants gained insight on how to strengthen their strategic analysis skills, which will in its turn, result in higher quality strategic analysis products at both FIUs. The trainees participated in interactive group exercises and activities to help them consolidate their skills in FIU strategic analysis. 🤝 #ECOFEL expresses its sincere gratitude to our trainers Maria Samaroo-Ramrattan and PhD, Oxana G. and participants for the successful delivery of the Advanced Strategic Analysis Course. 🤝 ECOFEL also thanks FMA Kazakhstan for graciously hosting this workshop. 👏 #ECOFEL has successfully concluded the ‘Advanced Strategic Analysis Course’ (A-SAC) to support FIUs across the Egmont Group’s West and Central Africa and Eastern and Southern Africa Regions in strengthening their capabilities to produce high-quality strategic analysis. 📈 This workshop took place from Monday, November 4th to Friday, November 8th, 2024, in Lusaka, Zambia. The event brought together over 38 participants from 19 Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) across these regions. 🔑 As this was a very hands-on course, analysts had the opportunity to analyze various reports and sanitized data relevant to Terrorist Financing. They also participated in a range of interactive group activities, supported by a team of highly seasoned experts that culminated in a final Strategic Analysis product. 🤝 #ECOFEL expresses its sincere gratitude to all trainers and participants for the successful delivery of the Advanced Strategic Analysis Course. 🤝 ECOFEL also thanks the Zambian FIU for graciously hosting this workshop.
