Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund is a not-for-profit initiative launched by Alibaba Group in 2015. Our mission is to help Hong Kong based entrepreneurs and young people realize their dreams and visions for their businesses and communities.

We are passionate about fostering the entrepreneurial spirit amongst  young people. As such, we established in Hong Kong a HK$1 billion fund and in Taiwan a NT$10 billion fund to support entrepreneurs in both markets.

【Congratulations to Edgar Cheung for successful title defense, and Siobhan Haughey for winning a bronze 🏆】

Congratulations to Hong Kong's top fencer Edgar Cheung for successfully defending his Olympic gold medal, becoming the first Hong Kong athlete to have two Olympic gold medals. When Cheung and Italian fencer Filippo Macchi were tied at 14:14, they went all the way to the third round before a winner was determined. Even through the screen, the tense and exciting atmosphere was palpable, making the audience's blood boil. Cheung decisively and skillfully handled the third round, demonstrating his immense composure and determination. Cheung executed each hit perfectly, not forgetting the coach's guidance during the competition.

On the other side, Hong Kong swimmer Siobhan Haughey also achieved a remarkable result, winning a bronze medal in the 200m freestyle. After Siobhan won two silver medals at the previous Tokyo Olympics, she returned to the Paris Olympics 3 years later, challenging herself in the 200m freestyle and triumphantly secured a bronze medal. She is now the first Hong Kong athlete to have won 3 Olympic medals, congratulations to Siobhan!

恭喜香港「劍神」張家朗成功衛冕奧運金牌，成為首位香港運動員擁兩面奧運金牌。家朗與意大利劍手Filippo Macchi打到14:14平手時，足足打到第3劍才分出高下。儘管隔著螢幕，仍然感受到現場緊張刺激氣氛，看得觀眾熱血沸騰。家朗果斷利落地處理第3劍，盡顯強大定力與決心。家朗成功「做好每一劍」，比賽時無忘教練的指導。

另一邊廂，「香港飛魚」何詩蓓（Siobhan Bernadette Haughey）亦取得佳績，於200米自由泳奪銅。自Siobhan 於上屆東京奧運取得兩面銀牌，相隔3年再戰巴黎奧運，挑戰200米自由泳，勇奪銅牌，更是香港首位共奪3面奧運獎牌的運動員，恭喜Siobhan！

世界排名第一、香港運動員江旻憓（Vivian）奪巴黎奧運女子重劍金牌，成為香港史上第三位奧運奪金運動員。

三年前，Vivian於東京奧運止步，今年面對對手主場的巨大壓力，由劣勢1:7，追到平手，最後以13比12，擊敗東道主的法國選手Auriane Mallo-Breton奪冠！Vivian成功扭轉劣勢，積極應戰的精神很值得我們學習。 不少創業家面臨巨大挑戰，保持正面心態，積極應變才能成功！

Congratulations to Vivian Kong for winning the gold medal in the women’s individual épée at the Paris Olympics!

Vivian, the world's number one ranked fencer, became the third Hong Kong athlete to win an Olympic gold medal.

Three years ago, Vivian was eliminated at the Tokyo Olympics. This year, facing tremendous pressure as the host nation's athlete, she was down 1-7 but fought back to tie the score. She ultimately defeated the French athlete Auriane Mallo-Breton 13-12 to claim the gold medal. Vivian's ability to overcome the deficit and fight back with a positive, proactive attitude is truly admirable.

Many entrepreneurs also face daunting challenges, and Vivian's example shows that maintaining a positive mindset and proactively adapting can lead to success.

Congratulations once again to Vivian Kong on this historic gold medal achievement!
