💙 Sara tutors high school maths. She tells us “My student had dyscalculia and lacked confidence. But I could tell she was determined, so my goal became to increase her self-confidence”.

Sara worked with her student for several months and, at the end of the year, they earned a grade way above a pass. But the real win for Sara? “My student ended the school year telling me she likes mathematics”.

💙 Samantha tutors English. “What joy when, after many hours of English support, the student tells me that it has become their favourite subject!”

She believes the 1:1 format allows students to regain self-confidence. “By establishing a relaxed climate, I remove blockages due to shyness, low self-esteem, lack of interest... Once the blockage is removed, their ability to understand doubles”.
