We have three core objectives:
- Build and support a community of that sponsor and mentor to increase the number of leaders of color.
- Increase the number of African Americans who enter and stay in MedTech.
- Add tangible value to the MedTech ecosystem via thought-leadership.

MTC is the only Industry-specific non-profit focused on ethnic diversity in the MedTech ecosystem.
