Training the adults who work with young children is a key part of ensuring kids grow up ready for school. Through Starting Smart and Strong, we worked with Juan Cruz and the Franklin-McKinley School District in East San Jose to meet the needs of parents and educators while also responding to shifting community needs, economic insecurity, and the pandemic.
