PSFU (Private Sector Foundation Uganda) is an organization focused on business growth and private sector development in Uganda.

Private sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) is Uganda’s umbrella body for the private sector made up of over 230 Business Associations, Corporate bodies and the major Public Sector Agencies that support private sector growth. Since its founding in 1995, PSFU has served as a focal point for private sector advocacy as well as capacity building and continues to sustain a positive dialogue with Government on behalf of the private sector. PSFU is also Government’s implementation partner for several projects and programmes aimed at strengthening the private sector as an engine of economic growth in Uganda.

Day 1 of the #PSFUWomensDayKatale2024 here at Dam Waters Rugby Grounds, Jinja. 

The Mayor of Jinja City Mr Kasolo Alton says the Katale serves as a gathering that unites individuals, including entrepreneurs, business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs, to collectively work towards the development of the country. 

He advocated for initiatives such as uniting women and equipping them with knowledge as vital components of social and economic transformation. 

He urged all women to look at everything as a resource, and to always interest themselves in initiatives like the Katale as they’re for their own empowerment.

The Katale is running from today today Friday 15th March to Sunday 17th March with a whole line up of activities like business exhibitions, businesses clinics, masterclasses, networking opportunities and so much more.
