We are very excited to announce that DAVERT is launching an innovative project in partnership with Seedtrace, setting new standards in product transparency and responsible sourcing. From September 1st, you can trace the journey of a collection of seven nut butter varieties - from seed to shelf. 🥜📲

By scanning a QR code on the packaging, consumers can explore the product’s journey and access detailed supply chain and sustainability data. The rollout will take place in retail stores all over Germany such as dm-drogerie markt Deutschland, REWE, Kaufland Deutschland, and Denns BioMarkt as well as through an integrated widget in the Davert online shop.

After a considerable debate, the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) officially comes into force today. While the scope of affected companies has been narrowed significantly from around 16,000 companies to less than 5,500 and the implementation timeline extended, this directive still marks milestone. 🌍 🌱

It introduces stringent standards for environmental and human rights practices across supply chains, reshaping how businesses will be able to operate in the future.

Exciting news! We are thrilled to launch a new venture on enhancing supply chain transparency with DAVERT (Midsona AB). As with all our initiatives, we pursue a step-by-step approach:

🌍  Mapping supply chains from origin to distribution
✅  Building a reusable library for all supply chain material flows
🌱  Adding proven impact claims for social and environmental criteria
📲  Integrating into selected communication channels down the chain

🔍 At the heart of the project is collecting and managing dynamic and batch-specific data for selected raw materials for a line of nut spreads and rice.
