Yesterday, SNF celebrated the inauguration of Alexandrian Breath, a multipurpose space located in the heart of Athens, created with support from SNF and other funders. This new educational and cultural center, envisioned by the Patriarch of Alexandria and all Africa, was built to serve the community and function as a hub for people from all backgrounds. We were proud to have been part of its development and yesterday’s ceremony, which featured the President of the Hellenic Republic, community stakeholders, supporters, and friends, as well as a joyful performance by renowned Greek artist Alkistis Protopsalti.

SNF participated in a special event that took place at the construction site of the Holocaust Museum of Greece in Thessaloniki on Tuesday, October 29, alongside the President of the Hellenic Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, and the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier. The Holocaust Museum of Greece is expected to be completed in 2027. SNF, the Hellenic Republic, and the Federal Republic of Germany, are the Museum’s three founding donors.
