Texas Community Capital

Texas Community Capital (TCC) ), is a Texas wide non-profit certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) loan fund & lending intermediary.  We provide loan products and development services to Texas CDCs, CDFIs  and other community development organizations.  Founded in 2004, by the Texas Association of Community Development Corporations (TACDC) in partnership with the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC), TCC partners with mission-driven organizations to serve low-to-moderate income households in traditionally marginalized and excluded communities.  We provide access to capital to create and preserve affordable housing.  We operate the Community Loan Center of America program, and provide its lenders with capital when appropriate.

The Community Loan Center of America program has reached a milestone of over 130,000 loans originated since program inception.  We are saving vulnerable families millions of dollars in fees and helping them avoid the financial ruin that results from getting a predatory payday loan.  Come join our network!

TCC is pleased to share the funding of two loans to CLC franchisees, one in Indiana and one in No. AZ. for a total of $600,000.00.   The loans will enable the franchisees to expand and grow the CLC program in their respective territories, and pay off higher cost debt.
