Texas Health Cleburne recently welcomed fall and fitness as they took part in a staff "Walk-Tober Wellness" event! Texas Health Cleburne's Employee Health team partnered with the Texas Health Burleson Fitness Center, Texas Health Community Hope and Personify Health to make the event an exciting success! Staff gathered together to kick off the event with a special lap around the hospital walking path. The path featured fresh, highly visible signage for employees and visitors to safely enjoy getting their steps in the great outdoors. Participants then received complimentary InBody scans to get a well-rounded grasp on their current health statistics and received information regarding all the wonderful events and classes offered at the Texas Health Burleson Fitness Center! Rounding out the event, many team members enrolled in a competitive walking challenge coordinated by Texas Health's employee wellness platform, Personify Health. Various teams from around the hospital joined in the fun! Closing out the challenge with a whopping 46,000 steps above their competitors, "The Waddlers" took home first place! Congratulations, team!
