As part of our continued efforts to ensure 𝒔𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒔, we are happy to announce the enrollment of 400 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎, designed to equip them with practical vocational skills in electrical work, mobile repairing, driving, and more. This initiative is part of our programs designed to equip the local youth of the communities we serve with the skills and tools they need to support a living income. Moreover, through 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔, we are ensuring that at least 50% of these participants find employment upon completion of their training, directly linking skills to opportunity. This effort not only enhances their employability but also strengthens the local economy by filling skill gaps in critical sectors. By investing in the skills of our youth, 𝒘𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓, 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚. Our farmers are at the heart of our mission. Through community-focused initiatives like medical camps, organic farming workshops, and educational programs, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives and livelihoods of these essential community members, giving back in meaningful ways. This month, we enrolled 639 community members in our General Health Check-up, Awareness, and Medicines Distribution programs at one of our project sites. These camps form a part of our broader 'Promoting Healthcare & Sanitation' initiative, which has reached over 28,000 beneficiaries through various programs. These initiatives are designed to deliver essential medical services to extremely remote areas, where access to modern facilities is often a challenge. Our medical camps are crucial in improving the wellbeing of farming families, especially women and children, who face challenges due to the remoteness of their locations and the lack of basic medical infrastructure. With 12 health camps already planned for this year, along with routine follow-up visits, we aim to support at least 5,000 farming families. Each heart we reach and every life we touch tells a story of growth and empowerment. On October 5th and 6th, the Sofia Cricket Ground, Sonipat, Haraya, was buzzing with energy as six teams from across NBFL came together for the 𝑵𝑩𝑭 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒕 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒆𝒓. It was two days of pure cricketing spirit, with each match reflecting the enthusiasm and unity we cherish at Nature Bio Foods. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: NBFL Kings NBFL Titans Ecopure Challengers NBFL Strikers Gurgaon Panthers Agri Avengers The tournament saw 9 exciting matches, culminating in a thrilling final between NBFL Titans and Agri Avengers. The Titans set a commanding score of 123/2 in 12 overs, while the Agri Avengers gave their best but were held to 74/9, securing the NBFL Titans a well-earned 49-run victory. While the game itself was exhilarating, it’s moments like these that remind us of what truly drives us forward at NBF ~𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆.
