SVC is a financial institution that provides investment services through venture capital funds, private equity funds, and venture debt and private debt funds. SVC manages $2.2 billion AUM (Assets Under Management) to support startups and SMEs.

SVC is an investment firm established in 2018 and is a subsidiary of the SME Bank, one of the development banks of the National Development Fund (NDF). SVC aims to stimulate and develop financing solutions for startups and SMEs from pre-Seed to pre-IPO by investing $2 billion through investment in Private Capital funds (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Venture Debt, Private Debt) and co-investment in startups and SMEs.

In collaboration with Saudi Exchange, SVC held an awareness session to provide startups with information on the process of listing on the Saudi Exchange. This partnership aims to support startups in their growth journey through listing opportunities on the Saudi Exchange.

We are pleased to announce our participation in the Series A funding round of $20M raised by intelmatix, which is the largest Series A round in AI across the MENA region. Our investment is driven by our commitment to unlock deep tech and AI’s contribution to the Saudi economy.
