The project is one of Thailand’s largest private sector development projects, connecting the business districts of Sathorn and Silom with Rama IV Road. 🇯🇵🏙️Tokyo/ Osaka - Condominium prices continue to rise. In some cases, units are sold for more than three times their price when they were first constructed 10 years ago. Foreign investors are showing strong interest due to affordability compared to other major cities in the world. Properties around redevelopment projects are receiving particular interest. Housing Japan, a broker that specialises in foreign clients, has seen a 20% to 30% increase in transactions in 2024 compared to last year. "Many Asian clients are interested in owning homes because, globally, Japan is relatively inexpensive, safe, and has low geopolitical risk," said CEO Mitsuo Hashimoto. The weakening yen after 2023 also pushed prices higher.
