Cranes is a company that produces handcrafted natural fruit ciders with lower calories and sugar content compared to other brands. It was founded by twin brothers Ben & Dan Ritsema, who aimed to create a healthier alternative to traditional fruit ciders.

Cranes Ciders were founded by twin brothers Ben & Dan Ritsema back in 2012. After discovering at university just how much sugar went into the fruit ciders which were already on the market, they decided to break the mould and take on the big companies and launch a healthier alternative, creating Cranes range of natural fruit ciders.

Cranes portfolio includes; 

4% fruit ciders, handcrafted using the most premium superfruits to deliver a refreshing natural cider
- Blueberries & Apples
- Cranberries & Limes
- Lemons & Kumquats
- Raspberries & Pomegranates
As well as a medium-dry 4.8% Premium Apple Cider and a 0.5% Low Alc alternative

Taking Time to Recharge: Finding Balance in Work and Life 🏔️

As time has passed I've realised the importance of hitting pause and embracing moments of rest from work. For me, the lockdown period served as a wake-up call, forcing me to reevaluate my work-life balance.

I realised that if I wanted to sustainably enjoy building Cranes Cider in the long run, prioritising balance was a non-negotiable.

That's why I've made a conscious effect to switch off from work, ensuring I can recharge. 

I'll admit, switching off from work, even on holiday, always used to be a struggle. This weekend, I'm taking some timeout to be on the slopes. If you email me today or Monday, don't hold your breath for a response until Tuesday 😉.

🚀 The holiday hustle is starting to ramp up, Daniel and I were in the warehouse yesterday helping make up giftsets for an order we needed to get out.
