Law Firm Senica & Partners, Ltd was founded in 1986 by Miro Senica. Today, after more than 35 years of its existence, “SENICA” is a brand that needs no introduction. It guarantees excellence, quality and individual treatment.

SENICA has 8 partners and more than 30 professionals specializing in various legal fields. It regularly cooperates with a range of well-known and reputed experts, professors of the faculties of Law and Economics in Ljubljana and Maribor, as well as scientific institutions, such as the Economic Institute at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and the Commercial Law Institute at the Faculty of Law in Maribor. 

In January 2021, SENICA marked an important milestone by becoming a member firm of Andersen Global after being a collaborating firm since October 2019. This global firm chose SENICA for exclusive cooperation in the field of Legal and Tax in Slovenia, after having completed a detailed analysis of the Slovenian market and numerous meetings with other handpicked leading law firms. Andersen Global is an international association of legally separate, independent firms, involving only carefully selected first-class tax and legal experts from the whole world. 

Katarina Kresal, Managing Partner at Law Firm Senica is within Andersen Global Co-Chair of the CEE Subregion, which includes 15 countries of Central and Eastern Europe, and a Member of the Global Management Committee. 

SENICA recently expanded its capabilities through the establishment of Andersen Advisory, Ltd., providing tax, accounting, valuation, and other advisory services, such as forensic accounting, transaction services, cyber security, services in the field of cryptocurrencies and many more.
