InSpacePropulsion Technologies (ISPTech) is a Spin-Off of the Institute of Space Propulsion at the German Aerospace Center (DLR).

Current space propulsion systems offer either low cost or a high reliability. With our solutions – based on thousands of hot firing tests at DLR’s facilities – we can serve both worlds: offering low costs with high performance and high reliability.

Our two technologies are suitable for all spacecraft sizes and classes – ranging from cubesats to large satellites, capsules or landers. No matter, if you are a NewSpace player, a large satellite integrator or an institutional organisation, we will offer the right propulsion solution for your specific application.

The round is led by HTGF | High-Tech Gründerfonds and backed by co-investments of First Momentum Ventures and Possible Ventures, three renowned deep-tech investors.
 
The acquired funding will be used to further develop the propulsion technology, achieve qualification for space flight and serve our initial customers. Our first missions in 2025 will demonstrate the operationality, robustness and performance of our propulsion systems and space qualify the propulsion system for wider market adoption.

From my point of view, one of the most important things to achieve outstanding results and "make a dent in the universe":

Auf dem #DLR-Stand in Halle 4 Stand 300 präsentiert das DLR-Institut für Raumfahrtantriebe seinen Beitrag zur Entwicklung der Triebwerke der #Ariane6 – vom Hauptstufentriebwerk über das Oberstufentriebwerk bis hin zur ganzen Oberstufe. Die Triebwerke sowie die Oberstufe sind von ArianeGroup entwickelt und gebaut worden. Am DLR-Standort in #Lampoldshausen wurden sie dann auf Herz und Nieren getestet.

Von diesen Testkampagnen wird auch im Panel „Ariane 6 und Vega – Unser unabhängiger Zugang zum All“ am Samstag, den 08. Juni, um 10:40 Uhr in der Halle 4 | 100 berichtet.

Außerdem findet ihr unsere Ausgründung ISPTech im Space Pavillon und Felix Lauck spricht am Sonntag, den 09. Juni, um 11:40 über "Treibstoffe und Triebwerke: Grüne Mobilität im All" auf der ILA Stage Space.
