Our full case study for Destroy Lonely’s LOVE LAST FOREVER is finally here: https://lnkd.in/eP5BUc_R We worked closely with the artist to create a dark and visceral alternate reality. Concepted as a step into the mind of Destroy Lonely, each touchpoint delves deeper into a menacing fever dream, rife with geological aberrations and barren spaces. We teased the LLF visual environment with the LUV4YA single art, setting the stage by “stamping” the title into dirt — and quickly followed with the accompanying music video directed by 91 Rules — the first true immersion into this void. The album photography, captured by the legendary #Nabil , is the most comprehensive application of our collective vision.

To create awareness for the launch of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s vintage-inspired Converse Weapons, we concepted, designed and developed a thoughtful digital shopping experience. A celebration of Shai’s penchant for vintage, guests were invited to “shop” a curated store full of archival Converse items from decades past. Each piece was vetted to complement the Shai Weapons, and a select few received Shai’s own seal of approval. Each touchpoint on the user journey, from the invite, to the meditative single scroll, to the unboxing experience, was designed to evoke a premium vintage shopping experience — the feeling of looking through the racks and finding that perfect piece. We worked with the Virgin Music Group team to reimagine and reinvigorate their brand to reflect the attitude and expression associated with their history as a fiercely independent and avant-garde label. Our visual identity was a direct result of our strategic platform — that Virgin Music always has been, and always will be, in service to the artist, and that artist ownership is paramount. The identity conveys this with an irreverent and bold “stamp-esque” logomark that can easily be placed on top of, and therefore obfuscate and own, any design elements except the names of artists. The visual system accurately reflects the soul of Virgin Music and extends across all touchpoints across global territories and in over 14 languages, uniting the brand messaging and transforming VMG into more than just a label — but a true cultural platform for artistic expression. Continuing the story of our identity for The Frost House, the iconic #Modernist home in Indiana designed by Emil Tessin, with interiors by Paul McCobb and the Knoll Planning Unit: The house itself remains a time capsule of the era it was built in - the optimistic, design led late 1950’s and early 60’s. As such, we took care to craft an identity that paid homage to the era, with Modernist typography, ample negative space and optimism through photography and colors. By utilizing the colors of the house’s exterior in their original proportions, we created a modular “color bar” element that that can be used with or without the wordmark. The color bar’s proportions set the structure for the entire grid in every application, further emphasizing the house’s architecture. Check out the full case studio here: https://lnkd.in/gYir9sRy

For American Eagle Outfitters Inc. ’s Fall ’24 campaign, we created the ‘Live Your Life’ identity and visual expression. The three word call to action is a light hearted directive, meant to encourage connection, optimism and self-expression. Our visual expression conveys these emotions in a way that invites participation — with the operative ‘your’ being modular and fluid. More to come soon, including a full case study.

We’re excited to share that the erthos® website is Site of the Day today on awwwards. , and has also received the Developer Award. It’s also been featured on CSSDA and FWA.

The erthos® website activates on our three-prong strategy of Trust, Optimism and Expertise. Through its directness and polish, the site immediately conveys that erthos® is a company worthy of trust — trust to deliver industry-leading solutions for biomaterials. The site heroes big, bright images and video, and its hero animation creates a sense of optimism for the future, a much needed shift in sustainability narratives. The tight typography system and modular information design communicates a sense of expertise and the ability to energize and educate, expanding the demographic of the website from current and prospective enterprise clients to all knowledge seekers looking for information on the future of our planet.
