re-green wertet Gewerbeimmobilien durch eine marktübliche ESG-Zertifizierung auf und das ohne Investitionsbedarf des Immobilienbesitzers. re-green realisiert die Nachhaltigkeit-Maßnahmen, die den größten Effekt pro eingesetzten Euro bringen. Das ist vor allem Wärme & Kühlungs-Optimierung, PV, und Leuchtmittel-Tausch. Unsere Zielvorgabe sind dabei, 30 % der Primärenergie des Gebäudes einzusparen und damit die Vorgaben der EU Taxonomie zu erreichen. Gesetzt ist dabei immer der Bau einer Dach-PV Anlage, die alle Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen finanziert und durch Stromlieferverträge Mietern grünen Strom zu Preisen unter Netzstandard anbietet – re-green schafft also einen Gewinn für alle Parteien.
