With the waste of a single palm oil mill, Enwise can produce enough green natural gas for 100 000 Indonesian families, at the scale of Indonesia this would represent green natural gas for 60 million families and a reduction of 7% of the whole country greenhouse gas emissions. It was a huge honor to receive the prize from Jesslyne Widjaja from Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food in Climate Impact Innovations Challenge , Enwise will use the fund to optimize Enwise technology for palm oil mill waste and work with Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food to implement a full-scale unit.

We are extremely honored to win a cash prize from Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food . We believe that there are great bioenergy potential in palm oil industry, with ENWISE 倍奇能源 technology, we could bring innovative and sustainbale solutions to change the palm oil industry. A big "THANK YOU" to Climate Impact Innovations Challenge to build a bridge between innovation technology startups and Indonesia market. Enwise was very honored to be selected as a finalist for the Energy Transition Track at the Climate Impact Innovations Challenge (CIIC) 2024, organized by Temasek Foundation and East Ventures ✅ Started in 2023, the Climate Impact Innovations Challenge (CIIC) is Indonesia’s largest climate innovations tech competition, which provides a platform for tech innovators to showcase sustainable concepts in addressing ecological challenges and mitigating the impacts of climate change. The CIIC's Energy Transition Track seeks innovation to drive renewable energy adoption and contribute to the reduction and removal of carbon emissions, to empower energy transition in a low-cost and inclusive manner. ✅ Enwise's CEO and co-founder, Stéphane Vernède , will be heading to Jakarta, Indonesia this September for the finals. Did you know that fuel for the food industry emits 500 million ton of CO2 per year. To address this issue PepsiCo takes bold commitments. The second phase of ENWISE 倍奇能源 green power station in PepsiCo Wuhan factory is running for more than 2 months now It shows impressive performance. Each day, it produces up to 2000 m3 of green natural gas that is directly used by the production lines of the factory. The digester that was initially designed to process up to 30 t/day of waste, now process up to 45 t/day, making it one of most performant anaerobic digester in the world. On some days, the factory totally runs on the fuel produced by Enwise’s green power station. This is an incredible felling of achievement to the whole team. The economics also adds up, with Enwise green power station one Mwh of fuel cost between 10$ and 30$. Using natural gas cost between 30$ to 40$, while using a biomass boiler cost between 40$ and 80$. Moreover, biomass boilers require huge storing space for the biomass and a stable supply of biomass can be a challenge. With one Enwise station, our customers reduce their waste to almost zero, produce green fuel for their production line, and reduce their dependence to external source of fuels. I am deeply grateful to PepsiCo to give us the opportunity to work with them and make this become a reality. With your support, we are on track to make a positive impact for the whole industry.
