Can a machine be creative? Professor William Latham and Professor Frederic Fol Leymarie , pioneers in the field of computational art and exploring the boundaries between human and machine creativity, have taken their Creative Machine exhibition to Beijing’s Taikang Art Museum. They will be joined by Goldsmiths alumni Memo Akten , Yajuan Han and Patrick Alain Tresset , who will be showing major art exhibits and installations. The work of our academics Tassia Kobylinska and Sue Clayton has been recognised for exposing modern slavery in Britain. Their Channel 4 news report won Best broadcast piece in the Anti-Slavery Day Awards run by the The Human Trafficking Foundation .
