New National Housing Federation research out this week shows that building 90K social rented homes would add £50bn to the economy. 

In our most recent Economic Impact Report for 20/21 financial year, we found we delivered a quarter billion in value to the UK economy and created over 3K jobs.

A long-term #PlanForHousing with funding will build the affordable homes so desperately needed while giving the economy a major boost too.

Community Land Trusts put communities at the heart of development, delivery the type of housing local communities both want and need.

As well as housing they can also deliver important assets for local communities too.

Our CLT scheme in Toller Porcorum  included a much needed post office along with six 6 new affordable homes.
