One month as part of team Axter Ltd | B Corp™ certified and I've absolutely loved it! I've been welcomed into the team and I've really enjoyed learning about all the different departments which make up this incredible business. Just before I joined, Axter announced they'd achieved B Corp certification which I was thrilled about. Understanding Organisational Culture and Ethics was one of my modules for ILM Level 5, and it focused on Corporate Social Responsibility and the importance of a business giving back to its community through profit, people and the planet. Today we say a massive thank you and goodbye to Beverley Gugenheim , who is retiring from Axter after an outstanding 38 years. Bev has been the cornerstone of the team throughout her career, playing a vital role in our success and growth. Her leadership, dedication and commitment have shaped Axter into the forward-thinking business it is today. Bev joined Axter in 1986 when it was just a team of three, based out of a small office in Fore Street in Ipswich. Since her arrival, she has seen the company grow to a team of over 50 people, win multiple awards, be recognised as a gold standard best employer and recently achieve a B-Corp status. The entire team here celebrate Bev's incredible career and look forward to this new chapter, both for Bev and for Axter.
