How many UK chain restaurants REALLY put sustainability first? I’ve worked in and around hospitality for over two decades 👴🏼 - fiercely focused on sustainability. And I’ve seen some of the UK’s biggest chain restaurants cut so many corners when it comes to sourcing ingredients - putting budget ingredients before sustainability and quality. So I absolutely LOVE to see brands like Byron 🍔 sourcing well and being proud to shout about thier suppliers, including WilderBee Hot Honey of course.
