Last week, our Operations Improvement and Customer Engineering Teams including Jack Kay, Jake Mitchell, Liam Crooks, Danny Fitzgerald and Samsuj Jaman, hit the road to visit our installation partners: Foil, Fibreworks, and Comex. Their mission? To deliver in-person toolbox talks focused on quality, safety and the importance of our shared commitment to excellence. These sessions were more than just updates - they were an opportunity to strengthen partnerships, provide space for open communication and recognise the hard work and dedication of the teams that go above and beyond every day. This World Kindness Day, we’re shining a light on our Community Investment and Digital Ambassador Program. So far we've connected over 600 community spaces across 19 London boroughs with free full fibre broadband, helping to bridge the digital divide. Benoit from Wood Green is just one of our 80 Digital Ambassadors that support residents with everything from the basics of email and social media to building websites. We've also teamed up with the Good Things Foundation, offering over 100 free courses on our Digital Skills Hub - covering online basics, finance tips, and much more.
