🌟 Event Recap: Raising Menopause Awareness at Müller 🌟 Last week, we partnered with Over The Bloody Moon to host an event to raise awareness about menopause and the support options available as we strive to create an inclusive environment for everyone at Müller. We wanted to do something memorable to mark our one year anniversary of launching our Menopause Support Policy. 📊 Did you know that 33% of women hide their menopausal symptoms in the workplace? 📊 62% have taken sick leave due to menopausal symptoms 📊 Nearly one million women in the UK have left their job due to menopausal symptoms* Menopause is a topic which is often overlooked in the workplace, and we were grateful to our Women in Müller Employee Resource Group for bringing this to our attention.
