Today is World Menopause Day! 🌿 With over 95% of our practice teams at mydentist being female, today's awareness day is especially important to us. World Menopause Day, held every year on 18th October and led by the International Menopause Society, aims to raise awareness about menopause and support options for improving health and wellbeing. At mydentist, we’re passionate about creating a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing the experiences menopause can bring. That’s why we’re enhancing the resources on our mywellbeing hub, including new guidance for employees and managers. To further support our teams, we’ll be offering optional online drop-in sessions for mydentist managers in November to discuss how we can better support menopause in the workplace.
