A fabulous day was had by all at our recent quarterly company update! With visits from our colleagues from Belgium and France, we got together to celebrate successes, future plans for the business and our long serving members of the team – some with 20 years under their belts! 🎉🍾 The whole team got involved with sharing ideas throughout the day, taking part in workshops and brainstorming sessions and we all enjoyed a lovely lunch prepared by our Senior Leadership Team 😍 A truly inspirational day that left us all feeling excited, energized and proud to be part of such an incredible team 🙌 💙

Last night we gathered to bid a fond farewell to one of our much-loved team members, Gemma Khoo, as she leaves to embark on new challenges and adventures. 👋❤️ With a whopping 17 years of service at Nutri Advanced 🙌, Gemma has been a massive part of our journey..... Almost all of our products have been formulated, or reformulated by Gemma including our popular Multi Essentials https://lnkd.in/d5d6_tRY which took over six years to develop and bring to market! She has championed Womens Health and lead the way with the development of MegaMag PeriMeno Plus https://lnkd.in/dxDTMC9J way ahead of the market. 🌟 As our innovation guru, Gemma has travelled the world to bring us inspiration and new ideas from different markets and ingredients. She has been a vital cog in our innovation machine, working with almost everyone in the business to bring to life these new products, launch them and support them. She is well known in the industry, by many suppliers, health authorities and by her global colleagues at Metagenics. It goes without saying that she leaves a huge professional hole in our business and will be missed by many people. 🌍⚙ Work aside we will miss Gemma most of all for her positive outlook and being a great team member. For her legendary disco dancing, for driving us to run up steep hills during the week, and for organising cold water swims. So, we’d like to say a massive thank you to Gemma from all of us, for all her years of dedicated work and service to making Nutri Advanced the company that it is today. 💃 🏃♀️ 🏊♀️ ❤️

A couple of weeks ago our digital team (Rebecca, Beth, Kate & Yi) took time out of the office for a day of talks and presentations by industry experts! A nice surprise to celebrate was finding out that we're in the 7% of checkouts to support Google Pay! 🎉 👏 For the 3rd year in a row the weather was phenomenal ☀😎 and Rebecca, Beth, Kate & Yi came away with lots of info to think about and build into our digital roadmap - a brilliant day all round! 🙌

Striving for sustainability 🌍🌱18 months ago we invested in a plastic baler machine, which enables us to condense and save all of our clear plastic. Our first collection of all the plastic we have accrued since then weighed in at a massive 1.1 tons of plastic, which will be sent for recycling rather than end up in landfill! ♻ 🙌 This couldn't have happened without our fantastic Operations team for working hard to achieve this - well done guys! 👏🌟 You can find out more about our sustainability efforts here https://lnkd.in/dGCtNPe8

Last week the whole Nutri team came together at head office for our annual Summer Social Day! 🌞 The day kicked off by celebrating our champion staff members who were awarded certificates and prizes for their valuable contributions within the workplace and encompassing our core values - Authenticity, Respect, Integrity, Diversity & Inclusion and Health & Happiness. 🏆 🙌 Followed by an engaging presentation from our Senior Leadership Team, providing insights into the future and how we can drive our company forward as a team, with fun break-out sessions to brainstorm team ideas and actions. 🤓💭💡 🌟 Olympic Theme Team games were running throughout the day and, of course, our annual Summer Social Day wouldn’t be complete without Nutri’s traditional duck dressing competition and race! 🎖 🦆 It was fantastic seeing all of our staff coming together for catch-ups, friendly conversations, team building, joyful faces and most importantly….fun! 😍
